Project financed by FEDER and the JCYL “Use of Artificial Intelligence technology to improve production”.

Our partner AGROFORRAJES CAMPOS DE CASTILLA S.L., which is in charge of the production of our product NUAL Chopped Straw, has executed the project “Use of Artificial Intelligence technology for the improvement of production” whose general objective is to provide the company with artificial intelligence systems for the exploitation of existing data in the incipient system. For this process, new sensor data will be captured during the bale loading process. New data will also be captured using real-time product quality sensors, using spectrophotometry techniques. In addition, current applications for production control will be enhanced. The company will be equipped with a new portal where customers will be able to receive information.

All this new information will allow AGROFORRAJES CAMPOS DE CASTILLA S.L. to identify the quality of each output straw bale and add a set of process indicators, creating a communication channel between the end customer and the company.

AGROFORRAJES CAMPOS DE CASTILLA S.L. counts in this project with the participation of the Fundación Centro Tecnológico de Miranda de Ebro (CTME), with wide experience in this field of knowledge.

This project is co-financed by the Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castilla y León (ICE) and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), Thematic Objective 1, which seeks to promote technological development, innovation and quality research.
